The IMF's Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn has completed a visit to Jakarta, Indonesia after meeting with President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and Governor Darmin Nasution of Bank Indonesia. The theme of the visit was simple: the IMF has changed and has to look forward. The voting power and voice of Asian countries has increased a lot, with Indonesia in particular. Strauss-Kahn's message concluded with, "We are your institution. . .That's why the meeting today with the President of Indonesia was so important to me.
