Victoria Joint Venture 2010 Drilling Plans

VANCOUVER, May 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Iron Creek Capital Corp. (TSX-V: IRN) is pleased to provide an update on the Victoria Joint Venture with Hochschild Mining Holdings Ltd. ("Hochschild"). Since start of the calendar year, Hochschild has incurred approximately $1.7 million in exploration work at the Vaquillas Mine area, Cenizas and Nueve Vidas targets, and on regional targeting. The ongoing work has included RC drilling (in excess of 2000 meters), ground magnetic and IP geophysical surveys, mapping and geochemistry, and third party land payments. Hochschild has indicated that results from the initial 2010 drilling will be available in the next two to three weeks.

Hochschild has also informed the Company they will expand the 2010 program to include 10,000 meters of RC drilling (of which 6,330 meters have been completed) and 6,000 meters of core drilling. This program will include continued in-fill and extension drilling at the Vaquillas Prospect, continued evaluation of Nueve Vidas and surrounding targets, and testing of new targets developed from geophysics and mapping.

The Victoria Joint Venture covers approximately 45,000 hectares and is prospective for precious metal and copper mineralization. Hochschild has the option to acquire a 60% interest in the Victoria Joint Venture by incurring US$6.0 million in exploration expenditures by December 31, 2013.
