DALLAS, March 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Six partners from the Dallas family law firm VernerBrumleyMcCurley PC, one of the Southwest's most respected firms devoted solely to divorce law, were recognized in the 2015 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, one of the top guides to the nation's best legal counsel. Partners Jim Mueller, Jimmy Verner, Janet Brumley, Paul Brumley, Mike McCurley and Mary Jo McCurley each earned recognition in the annual list.

The Best Lawyers in America honors represent just the latest recognition for VBM attorneys. Other recent honors include:

Mr. Mueller, the firm's managing partner, and partner Greg Beane were named to the list of Top 100 Lawyers in Texas by The National Advocates in 2014;
Mr. Mueller was chosen in 2014 for membership in the National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40;
