Mohseni comes to Varentec from Utility Integration Solutions, Inc. (UISOL) where, as CEO and President, he had overall responsibility for the successful operations and continued growth of UISOL and oversaw the strategic direction, operational execution and business development of the firm. Mohseni brings extensive experience in P&L management, sales and marketing of operational technology systems in the energy and telecommunication industries. He has held leadership positions in companies including UISOL, Inc. (an Alstom Grid Co.), GE Digital Energy, Black & Veatch, KEMA (now DNV GL) and Southern Company. His experience across the spectrum of the energy industry spans executive leadership, marketing and commercialization, strategic planning and vision, as well as global strategy execution. His technical expertise includes Distribution Management and Automation Systems, Smart Metering Infrastructure, Meter Data Management Systems, Mobile Workforce Management Systems, Outage Management Systems, SCADA and EMS control center systems, communications and information systems, and enterprise systems implementation for the electric, gas, and water utility industries.
