MONTFOORT, The Netherlands, July 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --
New technology used for e cigarettes developed by The UNITED TOBACCO VAPOR GROUP (UTVG) eliminates overheating that causes Formaldehyde exposure. The product can be manufactured faster and at a lower cost then the current models and will deliver a greater satisfaction to the user. It eliminates dry hits, burning, overheating, and the potential toxic vapors that could come from inferior vaping devices. With this product it is also possible to accurately determine dosages at all time. The technology is several years in the making and will address and eliminate all the issues currently plaguing this category.

The technology will eliminate the wick and the sponge as well as reduce the conventional cigalike product from 35+parts to 14+- including eliminating the battery on some models. The UTVG has developed a product that creates capillary action and vaporization simultaneously which allows for the elimination of any type of sponge or filter materials. This will create the most consistent and reliable vapor product on the market today.
The technology can be engineered for the vaporization of any type of liquids making this
the most disruptive vaporization technology. The proprietary design is patented and protected as well as its manufacturing process.
The UTVG will introduce the device in the 4th quarter of this year for its current brands.
Our new facility will be manufacturing and assembling as well as filling the new device. Its ISO Facility will remove all the products inconsistency's and unknowns that have wreaked havoc on the industry.
The UTVG was created when we closed Smoking Everywhere in Florida in 2010 after it successfully defeated the import ban and incorrect classification for e cigarettes in the USA. (See SE versus the FDA) SE was the No1 e cigarette company at that time in the USA/worldwide with sales topping 25 million.
The UTVG continued its fight in Europe successfully defeating the Dutch ministry of health in their attempt to ban e cigarettes. (See UTVG versus Ministry of Health NL)
UTVG also sponsors the TVECA(http://www.TVECA.com) which is the world leading e cigarette industry association which fights for the right to vape across the globe and was instrumental in the creation of the TPD. Ray Story is the founder and CEO for UTVG and TVECA.
