United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Board Member Nina G. Vaca Appointed to Kohl's Corporation Board of Directors
WASHINGTON, April 12 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is delighted to announce the appointment of Nina G. Vaca to the Board of Directors of the Kohl's Corporation (NYSE: KSS), her second seat on the board of a publicly-traded company. Vaca also sits on the Board of Directors at Comerica Bank (NYSE: CMA), and is the founder and CEO of Pinnacle Technical Resources, Inc. Under Vaca's direction this staffing, vendor management and IT solutions firm has flourished to become the fifth-fastest growing firm of its type in a $20 billion industry.
