United Heartland Names Wills Vice President of Strategic Planning and Corporate Relations; Tracy as Director of Human Resources and Strategy

Lisa Wills has been appointed United Heartland's new vice president of Strategic Planning and Corporate Relations. Wills has served as vice president of Administration for the past six years.
As vice president of Strategic Planning and Corporate Relations, Wills will be responsible for leading all strategic planning activities; developing and implementing strategies that enhance communication within the company; and leading efforts that will provide critical information needed to run and monitor the overall health of United Heartland.
Wills graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.
Janine Tracy has been appointed United Heartland's new director of Human Resources and Strategy. Tracy has served as manager of Human Resources for United Heartland since 2006, where she has played a critical role in the organization with the development of an on-site human resources department. This promotion recognizes Tracy's contributions and formally engages her in a strategic role, which will complement her continuing human resources responsibilities.
Tracy graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, emphasis in Human Resources. Additionally, Tracy earned two certifications from the WorldAtWork organization – Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP).
