United Corporate Services, Inc. expands New York City branch office along with increased services to the legal and financial communities

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Jan. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- (www.unitedcorporate.com):  United Corporate Services, Inc. (UCS) has announced the expansion of the office in New York City as the company continues to develop and grow its core service offerings.

The New York City office opened in February 2013 and within these two short years has outgrown its space.  The new offices will be located at 501 Seventh Avenue, Suite 408 and will afford UCS space for additional Client Service Representatives as well as a conference area for UCC and Corporate training classes.

Donald E. Conklin, Chief Operations Officer states, "As we continue to drive our corporate growth initiatives, the need for additional space in New York City was anticipated. The larger space allows for the additional staffing we anticipate as we continue to grow our market share."   The office will house both the sales and marketing team in addition to the Client Service Representatives team.

Additional services offered include expansion of the Registered Agent Package to include business licensing, court monitoring and reputation/brand management.
