Unisys Names Dominick Cavuoto as President of Technology, Consulting and Integration Solutions Business

BLUE BELL, Pa., Feb. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) announced today that Dominick Cavuoto has been named president of the Unisys Technology, Consulting and Integration Solutions (TCIS) business.

Cavuoto, a senior vice president of Unisys, was previously president of Worldwide Consulting and Integration Services within TCIS. As president of TCIS, he will have overall management responsibility for the TCIS business, which provides systems integration, consulting and technology products and services to clients worldwide. He will also continue to lead the Unisys corporate Strategic Services organization. Cavuoto replaces Rich Marcello, who is leaving the company.

Cavuoto originally joined Unisys in 2001 as president of the company's financial services practice. He was later president of Unisys Worldwide Services Operation before leaving the company in 2007 to serve as chief executive officer of Callabera, Inc. He rejoined Unisys in 2008.

Prior to Unisys, Cavuoto held leadership roles at KPMG Consulting, J.D. Carreker, and Bankers Trust.
