Jennifer Napper, group vice president, Department of Defense and Intelligence Group at Unisys Federal, was appointed to the board of directors for AFCEA International, a non-profit organization that helps members advance information technology, communications and electronics capabilities.
In her new role with AFCEA, Napper, a retired Army major general, will work with other board members to plan the organization's strategy for providing a forum for members to exchange information and explore issues relevant to its members in information technology, communications and electronics for the defense, homeland security and intelligence communities.

Becker began her second two-year term in this position on July 1.
Becker was selected for a 2016 Federal Computer Week Federal 100 Award, in part for her previous work with ACT-IAC. "Their roles at AFCEA and ACT-IAC illustrate their commitment to taking on additional responsibilities that can ultimately help the U.S. federal government more effectively use technology to improve national security and provide services to the country's citizens."
