Unisys Elects Paul E. Weaver to Board of Directors
BLUE BELL, Pa., Feb. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) announced today that Paul E. Weaver has been elected to the Unisys Board of Directors and appointed to the Audit Committee of the Board.
Weaver is former vice chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers and former chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers' Global Technology and Infocomm practice. His 30-year experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers included providing audit and advisory services to some of the world's largest multinational companies.
