PRINCETON, N.J., May 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The June/July issue of Unique Homes magazine reveals its ninth annual Ultimate Homes list, an 80-page exclusive special report ranking the most expensive real estate offerings in America. The comprehensive, yearly snapshot of every luxury home for sale in the United States priced at $20+ million features over 270 properties across 19 states - totaling over $9 billion. That number increased significantly on May 14, after publication deadline, when the $190 million Copper Beech Farm listing in Greenwich, Connecticut came on the market to grab the top spot for the most expensive home for sale in the U.S.
