WATERLOO, Iowa, Sept. 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- U-Haul Company of Iowa recently added U‑Haul Storage of Waterloo to its growing list of self-storage locations in Iowa. Formerly Waterloo Extra Space, this facility measures 40,142 square feet of building space and 2.37 acres of land. The land features two single-story self-storage buildings and one single-story self-storage building with a two-story office and apartment attached.

Located at 1923 East Mitchell Avenue, this facility is being converted into self-storage units and is remotely operated by U-Haul of Waterfalls at 3633 University Avenue in Waterloo. The self-storage facility will offer premier units that feature clean, dry and secure self-storage. Multiple-size storage units are available for personal self-storage and moving needs as well.
