The new U-Haul Moving and Storage at West Oregon Ave and 24th St. features 14 one-story self storage buildings containing 752 self-storage rooms in 63,900 net rentable square feet. The property also contains 18 RV parking spaces.

U-Haul Moving and Storage at West Oregon Ave and 24th St. features traditional truck and trailer rentals along with U-Box trailers and storage. The center also will offer indoor and outdoor storage services including drive up storage for convenience. On site the center will offer support rental items. These include environmentally friendly packing supplies: moving pads made out of recycled denim.
