U-Haul Company of Northern Virginia Expands U-Haul Self-Storage Operations with the Acquisition of a Former Pepsi Bottling Plant

CHANTILLY, Va., Dec. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- U-Haul Company of Northern Virginia recently announced the acquisition of a former Pepsi bottling plant located at 4101 Pepsi Place in Chantilly. This new acquisition, renamed U-Haul Moving and Storage of Chantilly II, is a 9.27 acre property with a one-story 66,412 square foot block building featuring six dock-high doors and 20-25 foot ceilings. Currently, the property will be leased from the previous owner following a close of escrow vacating no later than Dec. 31, 2014.
