U-Haul Company of Central New Jersey Expands U-Haul Self-Storage Operations with the purchase of NJ Self Storage

MARLBORO, N.J., Dec. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- U-Haul Moving and Storage of Marlboro is now open for business. The U-Haul Company of Central New Jersey has expanded its network of moving and self-storage locations with the purchase of a 60,640 square foot self-storage facility at 409 Hwy 9 S in Marlboro. The new U-Haul Moving and Storage of Marlboro features five two-story self-storage buildings and four one-story self-storage buildings with 487 rooms, 37 of which are climate controlled. There are also two one-story buildings with 14,595 net square footage of retail space available for rent.

"U-Haul Moving and Storage of Marlboro is one of our premier storage facilities in Marlboro that offers clean, dry and secure self-storage units. The new U-Haul Moving and Storage of Marlboro will feature traditional truck and trailer rentals along with RV and boat storage. "U-Haul rental trucks are specifically engineered from the ground up to assist move families, not freight. Our moving trucks have more user friendly features than other moving trucks in the industry including gentle ride suspensions and high visibility mirrors to assist the driver," he added.

The center will be selling a wide variety of environmentally friendly packing supplies: boxes made out of recyclable materials, 100 percent biodegradable packing peanuts and moving pads made from recycled denim. Also on site will be a Take a Box/Leave a Box display, which allows customers or anyone in the community to leave moving boxes or unwanted electronics boxes for another customer to reuse for free, instead of throwing them away or recycling them. The center also will offer the convenience of drive-up loading and unloading with outdoor storage rentals. Currently, U-Haul Moving and Storage of Marlboro also offers a ONE MONTH FREE self-storage offer with a one-way truck or trailer reservation.
