TV Sitcom A$PEN the Series Coming From Writers of Seinfeld, Roseanne, and King of Queens
In production, this independent scripted 30 minute sitcom is awaited by SAG/AFTRA actors suffering from influx of Reality Television. What does Paris Hilton, Carmen Electra, Ski Champ Bode Miller, Gisele, and Playboy Playmates have to do with it?

Simmons-GTS Productions, showcases Aspen and the shenanigans of its cool, sexy beautiful people. They are shown as wealthy spoiled brats loving hard, skiing hard , and having huge bank accounts.
Storyline – Walter, 40, made his fortune creating energy drinks, then lost it all to Bernie Madoff. His Lear crash lands. He finds seven characters living in his mansion on Aspen's Red Mountain. Walter's super model girlfriend gives him a surprise reality show for his 40th. The eccentrics include a sexy internet niece, a beautiful movie star out of rehab, Ducky, the trust fund baby, and hot ski instructors. Tests proved audiences intrigued and captivated.
Writers for A$PEN, headed by Lawrence H. Levy, WGA Award winning, two-time Emmy nominated Seinfeld writer, Stanley Wilson, producer - Kelsey Grammer's Down Periscope, David Garber, writer Saved by the Bell, David Litt, writer - King of Queens. Levy's credits read like who's who in television including Who's the Boss, Facts of Life and Aaron Spelling's Seventh Heaven.
Simmons created the series, while a patron of Aspen's HBO U.S. Comedy Arts Festival. He brought in the best entertainment lawyers, writers, comedians, casting agents, viral marketing experts, publicists and pollsters including a national TV ratings company.
A$PEN insiders stated, "In our years in TV development - never saw a producer test the demographic (18 to 34) like Simmons. He guarantees the networks demand is on target."
A$PEN has sexual humor including hot dancing and singing to compete with the sexual themes in reality programming and shows like Glee.
The pilot Director is Rick Baren (The New Adventures of Old Christine).
Scenes of celebrities playing themselves are in opening credits- licensed for the on-line episodes including scantily clad Paris Hilton, Carmen Electra, Gisele, Playboy Playmates, Ms. America & Teen USA, Ms. Hooters International & Ms. Hawaiian Tropic as well as Bode Miller-Olympic gold medalist. Scenes shot in Aspen include extreme sports at one of the planet's greatest ski resorts.
