DALLAS, Ore., April 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Trust Builders, Inc. is announcing the release of the Maximum Allowable Contribution (MAC) module for the TRAK-Online retirement readiness portal. The MAC module allows advisors to calculate the maximum annual contribution to a 403(b) account and a 457 account, including the 402(g)(7) limit and double-up options.
"Helping advisors educate clients has always been our mission," says Ed Dressel, President of Trust Builders, Inc., the Dallas-based developer of TRAK-Online. "With the addition of the MAC module, advisors can educate clients about their 403(b) and 457 contributions, helping them understand their options and motivating them to take action." He notes that this is particularly satisfying for advisors helping teachers, public safety officers and public employees.
With the MAC module, advisors can quickly illustrate how clients can maximize contributions to their 403(b) or 457 retirement plan. Advisors can also choose to incorporate one of more than 650 public pension plans in the illustration. The results and any resultant client action can be easily incorporated into other TRAK-Online modules such as the Gap Analysis or Paycheck calculator, allowing new contribution levels to become part of a complete retirement plan.
The powerful and popular MAC module was previously available only in the desktop TRAK application. Today it is being rolled out as a value-added feature of TRAK-Online. It complements the portal's Gap Analysis, Strategic Social Security, Paycheck, Batch Processing, and Split-Annuity modules.
