SEATTLE, July 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Trupanion, Inc. announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,125,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $10.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on July 18, 2014 under the symbol "TRUP." In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,068,750 shares of common stock.
RBC Capital Markets, Barclays and Stifel are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Canaccord Genuity and Cowen and Company are acting as co-managers for the offering.
