Trophy Bleecker Street Luxury Retail Portfolio Marketing Launch
NEW YORK, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Beck Street Capital, a private real estate investment firm, today announced that it is offering for sale its Bleecker Street Luxury Retail Portfolio consisting of six retail condominiums located at 382-384, 367-369 and 387 Bleecker Street in New York City. The portfolio is 100% leased to established, high-quality tenants.
This collection of retail condominiums is situated on the prestigious corners of Perry and Bleecker Streets, Charles and Bleecker Streets and between Perry and West 11th Streets in the West Village. Bleecker Street between Charles and Bank Streets is known as one of the most elite luxury shopping destinations in the country with tenants including Ralph Lauren, Coach, Marc Jacobs, Bonpoint, Robert Marc, diptyque and Brunello Cucinelli.
"This is an exceptionally attractive portfolio for any investor seeking a presence on the luxury Bleecker Street corridor in New York City," said Kevin Comer, Senior Managing Director of Beck Street Capital. "There are only a handful of property owners on prime Bleecker Street, therefore, portfolios like this very rarely become available. Not only are these retail condominiums located on the most coveted stretch of Bleecker Street in the West Village but they are all under long-term leases with financially strong tenants including Burberry, Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, Mulberry and A.P.C."
The following assets are a part of Beck Street Capital's Bleecker Street Luxury Retail Portfolio:
- 382-384 Bleecker Street, comprised of four retail condominiums, is located on the Southwest corner of Perry and Bleecker Streets. The current tenants are Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs in two separate storefronts and A.P.C. (Atelier de Production et de Creation). These leases run through 2022, 2017 and 2020, respectively.
- 367-369 Bleecker Street is a double storefront prime retail space with frontage on Bleecker and Charles Streets. Burberry has leased the space through 2020.
- 387 Bleecker Street, a charming boutique, is located on the ground floor of a three-story town home on the ultra-prime stretch of Bleecker Street between Perry and West 11th Streets. The asset is currently occupied by the world famous Mulberry under a lease that terminates in 2016.
James Nelson of Massey Knakal will handle the offering. Nelson stated, "We are thrilled to be bringing this rare offering to market. We anticipate that we will receive a very strong response from local and international investors alike who are seeking a turnkey situation with strong in-place cash flow from the highest quality of tenants."
