IRVINE, Calif., July 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Trico Capital Investments, Inc. recently closed on a 64,705 square foot industrial building in Garden Grove, California. Trico was represented by Progressive Realty Partners, Inc. and will hire Hard Hat, Inc. as a general contractor. Together Trico and Hard Hat will construct a second floor within the existing 21 foot high industrial building, effectively creating 94,000 net rentable square feet of Self-Storage space.
