Tribal Technologies Announces New Board Member: Michael Marquez

SAN MATEO, Calif., Sept. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Tribal Technologies, Inc. Mr. Marquez is a Founding Partner of CODE Advisors.  Previously he was the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for CBS Interactive.  Marquez also served as the Director of Corporate Development at Yahoo!, working directly with its executive management team on all acquisitions, investments, and major strategic initiatives.  In this position, Marquez played a leading role in the acquisition of several companies throughout the world.

Before joining Yahoo!, Marquez additionally served as an M&A banker at Robertson Stephens, one of the preeminent Technology Investment Banks.  Prior to that, Marquez was a founding member of the Internet Center of Excellence at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), which at the time was charged with overseeing the firm's first foray into the Internet.
