(TTS) creates subsidiary, TTS Europe, to advance and secure the company as the global leader for connected vehicle application data content. Last month, TTS secured an agreement with Dr. Frank Offermann, who will serve as the CEO of TTS Europe. The planned office location in Munich, Germany will be officially opened in Q1 2016.

TTS is the developer of the Personal Signal Assistant product portfolio, used by OEM's and Tier 1's in various connected vehicle applications from engine management to recommended speeds for eco-driving. TTS is now deploying the Personal Signal Assistant service worldwide in select metro areas, expanding on the deployment started in North America.
