  • Net Revenue: R$439.3 million in 2Q14 (+11.1% vs. 2Q13) and R$1,713.2 million in LTM-2Q14 (+14.9% vs. LTM-2Q13) .
  • Recurring Revenue: R$259.0 million in 2Q14 (+16.2% vs. 2Q13) and R$975.8 million in LTM-2Q14 (+13.9% vs. LTM-2Q13) .
  • EBITDA: R$110.9 million in 2Q14 (+12.1% vs. 2Q13), accompanied by an EBITDA margin of 25.3% (+30pb vs. 2Q13) .
  • Net Income: R$64.0 million in 2Q14 (+18.5%. vs. 2Q13) and net margin of 14.6% (+90pb vs. 2Q13) .
  • Interest on Equity ("IoE"): approved the distribution of R$21.8 million in IoE (R$0.13 per share) , related to the first half of 2014.
  • New Share Buyback Program: approved a new share buyback program of up to 1.4 million shares (1.0% of the free float) .
