Title III Equity Crowdfunding Webcasts Announced
Part of a New Online Crowdfunding Series "A New Era" - Launched by NextGen Crowdfunding
LOS ANGELES, Nov. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Following the Securities and Exchange Commission's approval of Title III of the JOBS Act on Friday, two of crowdfunding's most knowledgeable icons, Dr. Richard Swart and Samuel S. Guzik, will participate in a special Webcast Series on Title III. The series will be part of a broader initiative, "Crowdfunding - A New Era," an online series, presented by NextGen Crowdfunding.
This new Title III equity crowdfunding program will allow all investors, both wealthy and un-accredited, to invest in startups and emerging businesses that want to raise $1M or less. The new Title III programs will become operational in the first half of 2016.
