NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., May 18 /PRNewswire/ -- TiaLinx, Inc., a developer of mm-wave integrated radio and antenna arrays and beamforming technology, announced today that it has appointed Dr. Mehran Mokhtari as its Vice President of Advanced Product Development.
