A project called MARS (Music, Arts, Rhythm, Social Change) started in 2014 by Quinn to bring together artists, musicians, filmmakers, speakers, organizations, and individuals promoting social change and civic responsibility locally and globally to inspire and create change.
Quinn continuously researches ways to enrich her company and uses a weekly BOOST Power Hour to train her staff on customer service, event planning, professional development, and networking. Another project to enhance company culture in the office is the BOOST Culture Club, which consists of company morale events twice a month including yoga classes, massages, volunteering in the community, potlucks and more.
Tia Quinn fell in love with after school programs in 1992 while working in Hartford, CT as an art teacher. By providing after school programs with resources and quality training opportunities, BOOST Collaborative has made a global impact on the possibilities of youth development.
