Thomasville Cabinetry Ranks Highest In Customer Satisfaction With Kitchen Cabinets In 2016 J.D. Power Study

JASPER, Ind., April 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. homeowners recently ranked Thomasville Cabinetry highest in customer satisfaction with kitchen cabinets among all cabinetry manufacturers, according to the J.D. Power 2016 Kitchen Cabinet Satisfaction Study^SM. With a score of 821 on a 1,000-point scale, the study results ranked Thomasville 16 points above the second highest ranked cabinet brand at 805.

Each year J.D. Power surveys consumers to gather their opinions, perceptions and expectations about the products and services they purchase. In this year's Kitchen Cabinet Satisfaction Study, Thomasville Cabinetry, manufactured by MasterBrand Cabinets Inc., was recognized based on four performance measures in the categories of ordering and delivery, operational performance, design features and warranty.   

This is the second time in four years that Thomasville Cabinetry has received top honors in customer satisfaction, Thomasville ranked highest in this study in 2013.

All ratings are based on the opinions of a sample of consumers who have used or owned the product or service being rated and are therefore indicative of a typical buying experience.
