"Janet and her team have built a tremendous platform that is well-positioned to help healthcare providers meet the challenges of recruiting and retaining high-quality clinical staff in this supply-constrained environment," said Vistria's Amy Christensen, who also will join the board of Supplemental Health Care. "We are very excited about the growth opportunities ahead, particularly in providing healthcare staffing for school districts."

"We are excited to have Vistria as our new partner, and appreciate their commitment to our long-term growth," Elkin said. "In particular, Vistria's deep relationships with leading healthcare providers and school districts, which is a growth vertical for us, will help us significantly accelerate the growth of our MSP and RPO divisions."
"Supplemental Health Care's customizable workforce solutions and reputation for high-touch, dedicated customer service are highly attractive for healthcare systems and school districts," Palmer said. "As healthcare providers confront severe shortages of nurses, allied staff, and physicians, the company is well-poised to reach beyond the traditional staffing model and serve as a long-term partner with a comprehensive suite of workforce solutions."
