Kearns, Board Certified orthopaedic surgeon, shoulder and elbow specialist, and award-winning research physician has joined the Philadelphia Hand Center (PHC), internationally-renowned experts in orthopaedics of the hand, wrist, arm, elbow, and shoulder.
Dr. Kearns' expertise include advanced arthroscopic surgical procedures, joint replacements, minimally invasive surgical procedures, as well as comprehensive upper extremity fracture care from the forearm to the shoulder, including the clavicle (collar bone).
