Annual Revenue of 43.9 Million Euros

MICROWAVE VISION continues its strong growth and ends the year with an increase of 26% in Group revenue.

Revenue as of December 31, 2010 was EUR 43.9 million (unaudited) as compared to EUR 34.9 million last year. Backlog at year-end remains high at EUR 29.1 million. As expected in periods of strong growth, cash flow is down slightly to EUR 3.9 million at the end of December 2010, as compared to EUR 4.5 million at year-end 2009.

Two main market sectors, the telecommunications and Aerospace and Defense industries, show revenue growth in the double digits.

54% sales increase in Asia

Geographically, sales were divided into 28% from Europe, 34% from Asia and 38% from North America.

Asia confirmed its strength, with turnover in this region increasing from EUR 9.7m to EUR 15 million euros per year. For the third quarter, revenue in all three areas was almost equal, maintaining a geographically-balanced trend that began in 2009 and on which the Group has focused its marketing efforts.

The last quarter has helped to generate a EUR 12.58 million turnover, up 5.6% over the previous quarter.

53% sales increase in telecommunications

The telecommunications sector grew rapidly in 2010. It represented 43% of revenue, or EUR 18.7 million as compared to EUR 12.2 million (35%) in 2009. This increase is partially explained by dynamic growth in the market, particularly in smartphones, and also through a breakthrough product line, "dosimetry," which represents 3.6% of the year's activity.

The field of Aerospace and Defense was also active in 2010, especially in North America and Asia. It represented 57% of the Group's revenue (EUR 25.1 m) as compared to 65% (EUR 22.7m) in 2009.
