NEW YORK, June 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The M&A Advisor is now accepting nominations for the 2010 M&A Advisor International Awards, which will be announced on September 13, 2010 at the Awards Gala in Washington, DC.

Now in it's 2nd year, the M&A Advisor International Awards will honor the accomplishments of professionals and firms in mergers and acquisitions financing, and turnarounds across 7 geographic regions: Americas, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa and Australia/New Zealand.

Deals conducted between January 1, 2009 and May 31, 2010 with a transaction value between $10 Million and $1 Billion USD will be evaluated by an independent judging panel in 4 major categories:

• Major Deals and Dealmakers of the Year Awards
• Sector Deal of the Year Awards
• Agent of the Year Awards
• Firm of the Year Awards
