As Senior Operating Executive, Lee led a team of 40,000 cast members and was responsible for the operations of 20 resort hotels, 4 theme parks and 2 water parks. While at Disney, Lee developed what would be one of his major and lasting legacies: "Disney Great Leader Strategies". These strategies are the primary training tool for Disney's future leadership teams, and used to develop over 7,000 leaders at Disney World.
