Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Birmingham was President of Venture Search Partners, an international human capital consulting subsidiary of R. D. Raab & Company, where he led searches at levels ranging from middle management to the C-suite for the mid-market and "Global 1000."

Mr. Birmingham graduated from St. Joseph's University with a Bachelor's degree in English.
