Extending Clarity into the development environment

In spite of the industry's best efforts, the planning that transpires within the Project Management Office (PMO) continues to be disconnected from the execution that occurs within software development teams. And there's a particularly large schism between the PMO and Agile development teams. 

This separation presents software delivery teams with numerous problems, which include a lack of centralized governance; poor status and progress visibility; lack of accurate time and cost metrics; and costly and slow manual reporting processes.

In this presentation, Greg Southey will discuss these challenges, and present Tasktop Sync, an integration server that integrates and synchronizes products from Clarity with tools from other vendors such as Microsoft, HP, IBM and more.
