REDWOOD CITY, Calif., May 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- TalentSky announced the appointment of Christine Eberle as the company's Chief Customer Officer (CCO) today. A former Partner at Accenture, Eberle has been tasked with managing the customer experience for industry leaders such as Coca-Cola Company, Target Corporation, SAP, eBay, IBM Corporation, Foot Locker, Inc. and other high profile customers. With the introduction of the first-of-its-kind universal skills library and talent development platform, TalentSky is bridging the urgent disconnect between the new skills companies require and their workforce readiness.
"Employment is changing faster than ever before—driven by the impact of the Digital Age, and companies need to clearly articulate new skill demand to their internal workforce, as well as those outside the company, so everyone can up-skill and become attractive future talent," explained TalentSky CEO Rick Devine. "TalentSky has introduced a next generation professional network, based upon a common skills language and ranking algorithm, that solves this skill visibility challenge. Christine's twenty years of global experience helping Fortune 500 companies transform culture will be critical to assuring our enterprise customers are successful, and realize the potential of our platform."
Specializing in talent and organizational strategies with a focus on digital capabilities and the psychology of change, Eberle spent eighteen years as a Senior Executive at Accenture. In 2014, Eberle deployed a industry leading initiative, Connected Guest, designed to up-skill the workforce, encourage knowledge sharing, view recent media coverage, and obtain expert advice - all related to the Travel & Hospitality industry. Connected Guest was a high impact program and rolled out globally across thousands of employees. Along with Travel & Hospitality, Eberle's diverse industry background includes Media & Entertainment, Communications & High Tech, and Federal Government—making her the ideal fit for TalentSky's growing array of enterprise customers.
A graduate of Scripps College of the Claremont Consortium, Eberle also completed a two-year practicum at Georgetown, and attended a graduate program at UCSD/SDSU focused on Neuropsychology. Eberle is passionate about workforce readiness and supporting employment inclusion for women, diverse talent, former military and the LGBT community. She is married with three young children and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
