DALLAS, Jan. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Swank Capital, LLC and Swank Energy Income Advisors, LP announced today that the 30 members of the Cushing® MLP High Income Index will be rebalanced after the market close on January 14, 2011 as part of normal index operations.
