Melissa (Missy) Blankenship has been promoted to the role of President of Local Offices. Blankenship has been with the company for 12 years and has continuously contributed to the company's growth and productivity.
Chris Long and Linda McDonnell have been promoted to Senior Vice President of Travel Nurse Operations and Senior Vice President of Travel Nursing Sales, respectively. Under their joint leadership, Supplemental Health Care's Travel Nursing team has achieved all-time highs this year and continues to expand their operations.
Monty Houdeshell, who joined Supplemental Health Care in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer, will now serve as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, a position that better represents the full breadth of his role and influence at the company.
Donna Carroll has joined Supplemental Health Care as Chief Sales Officer. She has more than 20 years of experience in sales, change leadership, recruiting and client relationship management. Most recently, as President for North Highland, she led a team of business development and service delivery professionals for the firm.
Mary Lucas has also joined Supplemental Health Care as Chief Talent Officer. Lucas is a tenured and highly respected leader within the staffing industry. Most recently, she contributed at Staffmark as the Chief Resource Officer with an emphasis on talent acquisition, learning and development, marketing, and service delivery support.
