Sun Center Studios Corporation is Raising USD 50 Million in Equity to Develop its Film and Television Production Studios

Sun Center Studios Corporation announced today the opening of a Private Offering to raise USD 50,000,000 for 13.968% of the capital.

Sun Center Studios is positioning itself to become the East Coast's first entertainment destination unifying a full-service motion picture studio, a movie-themed visitor attraction, a special event center and hotel.

The declared ambition of Sun Center Studios is to be a film and television production hub as well as a premiere east Coast entertainment destination for national and international guests and thus the quintessential "Hollywood East".

Sun Center Studios will offer:

• A Studio with 3 sound stages fully equipped
• A Visitor Attraction (7 attractions have been developed)
• An Event Center to host social and corporate events
• A Hotel with 125 rooms to welcome all the clients from the Visitor Attraction and Event Center.

Sun Center Studios focuses on developing and exploiting both established and emerging platforms for media and entertainment and has already hosted the production of two major feature films ("After Earth" and "Paranoia") and multiple commercials for global brands.
