SuccessFactors Announces SuccessConnect 2011 Sydney

SYDNEY, July 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SuccessFactors, Inc. (NYSE: SFSF), the global leader in business execution software, today announced the details of its annual national Australian customer event SuccessConnect 2011, which will take place in Sydney, August 23-26 at the Four Seasons Hotel. Celebrating 10 years of customer and company success, this year's SuccessConnect theme is "Driving Real Change", which will showcase how HR and executives can impact their companies with SuccessFactors' Business Execution (BizX) Software Suite.
Anish Baijal, director of talent management and human resources at Nissan North America will open the event with a special keynote address followed by SuccessFactors founder and CEO Lars Daalgard. Other featured keynote speakers include Dr. Alan Burton-Jones, co-editor of the recently published Oxford Handbook of Human Capital (Oxford University Press, 2011) and from Burton-Jones & Associates, Emeritus Professor Dexter Dunphy from the School of Management at the University of Technology Sydney and Vinzenz Kremer, executive partner at Accenture (the global platinum sponsor for SuccessConnect 2011). Additional insights and presentations will be given by SuccessFactors' Chief People Officer, Jeff Diana, and SuccessFactors Principal Director Dr. Steven Hunt and Vice Presidents Erik Berggren, Peter Howes and Anastasia Ellerby.
Dr. Mark Huselid, distinguished professor of HR strategy and best-selling author of 'The Differentiated Workforce: Transforming Talent into Strategic Impact', will also present a keynote on the changing role of the workforce and the new strategy for creating successful workforce organisations, while Dr. Karie Willyerd, Vice President of learning and social adoption for SuccessFactors and the former Jambok CEO and co-author of 'The 2020 Workplace: How Innovative Companies Attract, Develop and Keep Tomorrow's Employees Today', will present at SuccessConnect Sydney on learning and social adoption.

SuccessConnect 2011 offers three educational tracks for customers: HR Leadership, Best Practices in Talent Management and the BizX Product Solutions. Kicking off with opening cocktails at the Sydney Opera House on the evening of the 23rd of August, attendees will have the chance to meet with SuccessFactors' executives and network with others to share and discuss real-life scenarios, as well as the opportunity to speak with product experts and peers to discover best practices and ideas. SuccessFactors will also be showcasing opening night, Dr. Karie Willeryerd's book, '2020 Workplace' which was No. eight on the 800 CEO Read's list of best-selling business books.
SuccessConnect Sydney will also include a program for prospective customers to learn more about SuccessFactors products and services via the day-long Discovery Program on opening day, Wednesday August 24.
