SuccessFactors Announces SuccessAwards 2010 Winners
SAN FRANCISCO, May 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Today, at SuccessConnect 2010, SuccessFactors, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFSF) announced the winners of SuccessAwards 2010, the company's annual customer awards program.
SuccessAwards recognize leaders that are leveraging SuccessFactors' Business Execution (BizX) Software Suite to accelerate business execution and achieve real business results across their organizations. The SuccessAwards and winners are:
SuccessROI Return on Investment Award – Recognizes the customer that uses the BizX Suite to drive a steep return on investment. Awarded to Nissan North America, using SuccessFactors Goal Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development and Succession Management to drive business results, the company experienced increased sales of 43 percent year-over-year in March 2010. This surge, along with Nissan's increasing market share and quality ratings, illustrate this team's long-standing drive to shift organizational effectiveness into a higher gear when it comes to business execution.
SuccessAdoption Award – Honors organizations with the most creative, effective or original deployment of the BizX Suite. This year the award was given to three organizations:
- B&H Photo – B&H is the world's leading retailer of imaging products, serving millions of professionals and consumers, and one of the most successful single-location retailers on the planet. Within two weeks of going live for 400 managers on SuccessFactors, in an initiative to operate on a pay-for-performance system, B&H Photo exceeded 95 percent completion rates in their first cycle. SuccessChampion Award – Honors executive-level sponsors who have championed the cause of performance and talent management. Awarded to Panasonic Avionics, the world leader in in-flight entertainment and communications, the human resources team deployed five BizX modules, including SuccessFactors' Goal Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Succession Management and Compensation Management, as well as the GeoLearning LMS solution, to more than 2,000 employees in more than 40 international locations, all in under two years.
Pinnacle Performer Award for Small Business – Honors small businesses with unprecedented results or a unique achievement using SuccessFactors Professional Edition/SuccessPractices. Given to Product Partners LLC, the parent company of Beachbody®, the creator of the nation's most popular in-home fitness and weight loss solutions, the company began using SuccessFactors in 2008 and since, has transformed the way they run their business. Product Partners has integrated SuccessFactors throughout their organization – from Performance Management and Goal Management to 360-Degree Reviews.
