Mr. Dolfin has been involved in research in financial markets for over 10 years and has been responsible for due diligence and allocation to alternative strategies for the last 7 years. Most recently, Mr. Dolfin served as Director, Head of Macro and CTA Strategies at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, and Managing Director, Liquid Strategies Group at SAFANAD Inc. He holds a Bachelor's degree in philosophy, politics and economics from Oxford University, a Masters in economics from Yale University and has been a CFA charter holder since 2005.
Mr. Dolfin will report to Michael Bulley, Steben & Company's Senior Vice President, Research and Risk Management. "John not only brings significant managed futures and quantitative experience, but he is known and respected within the CTA community," Bulley said.
