State Bar Persecution of 70 yr old Jailed Attorney Richard Fine: Full Disclosure Network(R) TV Series
WASHINGTON, Jan. 7 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The State Bar persecution of prominent Anti-Trust attorney Richard I. Fine is revealed in a two-part interview with Professor Emeritus Daniel Henry Gottlieb, a 40 year veteran with Purdue University Mathematics Department. As part of the on-going cable TV series entitled "Judicial Benefits & Court Corruption", the Full Disclosure Network® is releasing a 9 minute video preview online at http://tiny.cc/Gottlieb12.
Professor Gottlieb is a disgruntled homeowner whose mathematical reasoning inspired his investigation into why Richard I. Fine was unexpectedly removed as the attorney on his homeowners association lawsuit against Los Angeles County and a neighboring development on county owned property, the Del Rey Shores complex. He wondered if it was a coincidence that both the President and President Elect of the State Bar Association were attorneys for the developer and the county who had a lot at stake in the case.
Richard Fine remains in L.A. County Central Men's Jail since March 4, 2009, in solitary "coercive confinement" for contempt of court following his attempt to disqualify Judge David Yaffe for having accepted illegal payments from Los Angeles County, a party to the case: Marina Strand Colony II Homeowners Assn. v. County of Los Angeles.
Just two weeks after Richard Fine was hired to represent the Marina homeowners, the State Bar Association quietly began disbarment proceedings against him. Professor Gottlieb tells Full Disclosure he was astounded by the manipulations of the charges and conflicting verdicts necessary to accommodate what appeared to be a predetermined outcome...the disbarment of Richard I. Fine. According to Gottlieb, who conducted an extensive review of the State Bar audio tapes, the disbarment hearings were conducted using unorthodox procedures and rules of evidence.
On January 5, 2010, Richard I. Fine filed a civil rights complaint (http://tiny.cc/D8RUK) names the State Bar of California, their Board of Governors, Scott Drexel, Chief State Bar Trial Counsel and The California Supreme Court that alleges FRAUD upon the Court. The complaint is asking the U.S. Central District Court to void and annul the California Supreme Court Disbarment Order and is Demanding a Jury Trial.
