STAG Industrial, Inc. Issues $50 Million Of Senior Guaranteed Notes
BOSTON, July 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- STAG Industrial, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: STAG), a company focused on the acquisition, ownership, and management of single-tenant industrial properties throughout the United States, announced today the closing of its first privately placed debt offering by issuing $50,000,000 of 12-year Senior Guaranteed Notes. These "Series-B" Notes will pay a fixed rate of 4.98% and are due on July 1, 2026.
The Company intends to use the proceeds from the private placement to fund acquisitions, to repay indebtedness, including amounts outstanding under its unsecured corporate revolving credit facility, and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
