South Bay Galleria Gives Guests A Day Of Pampering At Its First Annual Anti-Valentine's Day Event
SOUTH BAY, Calif., Jan. 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- South Bay Galleria is showing the community that Valentine's Day is not just for lovebirds - it's for pampering! On Saturday, February 8, the South Bay shopping center invites single (and attached) guests to celebrate Valentine's Day with an exciting day of treats and shopping at its first annual Anti-Valentine's Pamper Thyself event.

This free, all day event will feature special sales, giveaways, makeovers, mini-massages, complimentary refreshments, and a fun Instagram contest.
"Valentine's Day is all about celebrating love, and we want to show our guests how much we care with a special day dedicated to fun and pampering," said Mickey Marraffino, Regional Marketing Director for South Bay Galleria. From 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., guests are invited to check-in at the third level Food Court where they will receive a $10 South Bay Galleria gift card (limited to the first 100 people), and a list of participating retailers.

In addition, South Bay Galleria will be conducting a special Instagram contest during the event, where guests may enter to win various prizes. To enter, guests are invited to post an Instagram picture of themselves and their friends at the Anti-Valentine's Day event enjoying the various promotions. Contest participants must follow @southbaygalleria and tag that handle in their post, with the hashtag #AntiValentineSBG. Photos taken at the event and submitted by Saturday, February 8 will be eligible to win.
