Ms. Alderson has over 25 years of experience working in national security and was most recently the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of SRA International where she oversaw four main operating groups with over 6,000 employees. Prior to SRA, Ms. Alderson was President of the Defense Solutions Group at SAIC, with responsibility for over 14,000 employees focused on delivering command, control, computing and communications solutions, and systems engineering and integration, in support of the critical missions of federal agencies. Before SAIC, Ms. Alderson was President of the Systems Engineering Group at Anteon, which she grew from $65 million to $400 million through the delivery of solutions in support of the Missile Defense Agency, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps and the Department of Homeland Security.
