(NYSE: SOA), a global leader in performance materials and specialty chemicals, is initiating a price increase across its Santoflex® antidegradant line of rubber chemicals of up to 15 percent to offset significant increases in raw material costs. The increase applies to orders shipped on or after July 1, 2011 and will be subject to existing contracts.
