Softing releases software update for PROFIBUS Tester 5

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Softing Inc., a leading industrial automation and electronics provider, has released a new software version for its industry-leading PROFIBUS Tester 5. Version V3.12 is a free download and includes improvements to the cable test function of the PROFIBUS Tester 5.

PROFIBUS Tester 5 is a powerful diagnostic and troubleshooting tool for testing the cables, measuring the signals and analyzing the communications of PROFIBUS networks. Specifically designed for mobile operations, its internal battery will power the tester for up to seven hours.
