SkyWest, Inc. Declares 60th Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

ST. GEORGE, Utah, May 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SkyWest, Inc's. (Nasdaq: SKYW) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.04 per share to Shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2010 on all shares then issued and outstanding.  The 60th consecutive dividend will be paid on July 6, 2010.  The Board of Director's regular quarterly dividend policy is based upon the Company's strong financial condition and confidence in the Company's ability to pay a regular quarterly dividend.

SkyWest Airlines, Inc. ("SkyWest Airlines"), based in St. George, Utah, and Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Inc. ("Atlantic Southeast") based in Atlanta, Georgia are wholly-owned subsidiaries of SkyWest.  SkyWest Airlines operates as United Express and Delta Connection carriers under contractual agreements with United Air Lines, Inc. ("United") and Delta Airlines, Inc. ("Delta").  SkyWest Airlines also has a marketing agreement with AirTran Airways, Inc.
