Sigma Labs Inc. & Burke E. Porter Machinery Company Execute Memorandum Of Understanding To Explore Commercialization Of New Technology For Metal 3D Printing

SANTA FE, N.M., Aug. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Sigma Labs, Inc. (OTCBB: SGLB) announced today it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Burke E. Porter Machinery, Inc. (www.bepco.com), a leading global supplier of advanced electrical, mechanical, and software machinery solutions for the automotive, energy, and general industrial sectors.  The MOU sets forth the parties' preliminary intent to collaborate commercially and technically for the development and promotion of products related to metal-based additive manufacturing.
